:one: Workstation Requirements (End-users)

Minimum configuration:

  • 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
  • 4 GB RAM

Recommended configuration:

  • 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
  • 8 GB RAM

:two: Supported Operating Systems and Software

  • Windows 8, 8.1, or 10 (Windows 10 recommended)
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
  • Microsoft Office 2010 or higher
  • Microsoft Edge (latest version recommended)
  • Default printer configuration recommended

Important: To access the cloud trial environment, acceptance of the domain rok-solution.com may be required in your IT security settings.

  • The web portal is accessible via any modern browser:

    • Safari

  • Compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux devices.

  • No installation required for web access.

Minimum configuration:

  • 1 Windows Server 2016 with:
    • IIS version 8.5
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
    • 8 GB RAM minimum
  • 1 Windows Server 2016 with:
    • Microsoft SQL Server (Standard or Enterprise 2012 or newer)
    • 8 GB RAM minimum

Recommended configuration for high volume:

  • 1 LoadBalancer
  • 2 Windows Server 2016 with:
    • IIS version 8.5
    • .NET Framework 4.8
    • 8 GB RAM minimum
  • 1 Windows Server 2016 with SQL Server Standard/Enterprise 2012 or newer (8 GB RAM)

Robust configuration (HA/AlwaysOnAvailability):

  • 1 LoadBalancer
  • 2 Windows Servers for IIS
  • 2 Windows Servers for SQL Server (Enterprise Edition + AlwaysOnAvailability option)

  • SSL certificate is required for HTTPS server configuration.
  • Servers should be installed within the same domain.
  • Provide secure access to storage for database backups (aligned with your SQL Server maintenance plan).
