Create your App
To get started:
- Click “Create an application” on the dashboard to open the designer.
- Or use “Edit your applications” to return to an existing app.
From your ROK dashboard:
Create/edit your apps
Access the user portal (web & mobile)

Describe your need
In the “Source” tab, choose:
No specifications: Just describe your use case in natural language
Specification available: Paste or upload your doc
Regulatory text: Upload the file directly
Hover on icons for helpful hints.
Workflow modeling
- AI suggests a textual flow – you can edit it
- Validate ➔ Your workflow is auto-generated
Users are assigned from the organization chart
Add users if needed via the “Positions” tab.
User Interface / Form
- Click “Global Form” to auto-generate a form
- Customize: add, remove, or reorder fields
The form is instantly connected to your workflow.
Optimize the proposed application
- Edit tasks/flows with drag-and-drop
- Add rules, business properties, No Code connectors
Advanced features:
- Share apps externally
- Add server tasks, web services
- Unlimited form design
The AI assistant is always available to guide you.
Configure business rules with AI-assisted No Code
Double-click a task ➔ Access rules
- Guided AI suggestions
- Example: restrict access based on user roles
Set field visibility conditions per task
In the “Design” tab:
- Enable/disable fields depending on the task
- Show only what’s relevant for each step
Design the form with No Code
- Customize your “Global Form”
- Choose layout, colors, field grouping
- Use “No Theme” to build your own style
Save your rules and form
Click “Exit > Save”
Tip: Revisit each task to fine-tune field visibility conditions
Build the final web interface
- Open the “User Interface Builder”
- Drag and drop elements (forms, document modules, etc.)
- Design the final UI visible to end users
Publish your application
Final step:
- Click “Exit” ➔ “Publish”
- Your app is now live on the web user portal!
